The second assignment was to participate in a Lean audit of the manufacturing and logistic operations. While the audit was a measure of the progression of our business in our Lean journey, Dietmar invested a considerable part of this assignment to educate the Team, sharing his knowledge and experience to highlight opportunities where we could realise further improvements. His management style was a stimulus to an already highly motivated team.
